3. Fees and Payment

Service fees are calculated based on quotations and actual execution. Additional charges (such as inspections or storage delays) may apply and will be communicated separately.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, commercial losses, or damages caused by force majeure events.

5. Prohibited Items and Violations

Hazardous, prohibited, or infringing goods are not accepted for shipment. Customers are responsible for any losses resulting from violations.

We may update these terms in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, both parties should first seek resolution through negotiation; if unresolved, the matter will be handled under applicable law.
